Communications professional with over 20 years of experience in designing and implementing strategic communication and outreach initiatives for diverse communities and regional public-sector organizations. Her experience includes media relations, planning and coordinating public meetings, open houses, community education workshops and forums; development of community-based communications plan and implementation of grassroots community engagement strategies; and management of transit-oriented development projects.
Kayla serves as the Engagement Administrative Coordinator, and is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance on all projects. Since joining AD in 2019, Kayla has assisted the project team in delivering both regional and local initiatives that relied heavily on the use of social media and other online engagement tools to reach and keep target audiences engaged in the process.
Brenda serves as AD’s Content Design Consultant. She is responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify relevant stakeholder’s for projects. Brenda collaborates with other team members, including independent website design consultants providing content and development. She brings 25 years of Information Technology experience.
Sarah Hamilton serves as an independent Graphics Design Consultant for AD. As principle for Hamilton Graphics, Sarah is responsible for providing design services on planning and transportation projects where AD is developing and implementing an engagement program. She has more than 25 years of experience creating graphic design for print and online advertising. Sarah brings a wide-range of experience and has assisted in the development of full-color print magazines, advertisements, newsletters, eBooks, logos and corporate identity material.
